Every booking is handled personally — from the first enquiry to the moment you arrive. Amy looks after the details so that your experience feels effortless, whether you're arranging a gift, a special occasion, or a once-in-a-lifetime afternoon during your Orlando holiday.

Amy also holds a commercial pilot's licence, so she can help with any questions you may have about the experience itself — from what happens on the flight deck to what to expect on the day.

With over 17,000 flight hours and a proven track record across international AOCs, I bring deep operational expertise, regulatory insight, and leadership to every flight deck and airline I've served. As a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAeS) a distinction awarded for excellence and leadership in aviation. I am committed to advancing global flight safety, training standards, and operational integrity.

My experience spans FAA, EASA, GCAA, UK, and Transport Canada jurisdictions, including roles as Chief Pilot, Training Captain, and technical lead for EFB, SOP, and flight efficiency initiatives. I thrive at the intersection of precision, performance, and people and I'm passionate about mentoring the next generation of airline professionals.

Jason

Captain Jason brings more than 22,000 flying hours to your experience, built over a long career flying some of the world's best-known airliners, including the Boeing 737, Airbus A320 and Airbus A350.

Having flown both Boeing and Airbus aircraft, Jason has a rare breadth of experience across different flight deck designs and flying styles. He has operated everything from busy short-haul routes to long-haul flights on the A350, one of the most advanced aircraft in service today.

You may already recognise him: Jason was recently featured by social media creator @katiesfloridalife, where his flying won him a whole new audience.

In the simulator, Jason will guide you through the flight from start to finish, sharing the knowledge and stories that only come with more than 22,000 hours in the flight deck. Whether you're a complete beginner or a lifelong aviation enthusiast, you're in expert hands.
