Cancellation policy
- Cancellations within 7 days of your experience: no refund.
- Cancellations within 30 days of your experience: 50% refund.
If you need to change the date or time of your booking, please let us know as soon as possible, as the simulator gets very booked up. If we cannot rebook you at a convenient time, our cancellation policy will apply.
